GreenLife Garden Centre Retreat

with John Stanley

8-9 May 2025

Independent garden centres face an exciting challenge in the future. Where better to discover ideas for the future than the world’s leading green city…Singapore!

There is a disconnect globally between independent garden centres and green focused consumers. Consumers emotionally want to surround themselves with greenery, but many are not using independent garden centres as their main place of focus for purchasing those plants. This is both an opportunity and a threat and the role of garden retailers is to reconnect with the consumer. This does mean changing the approach to appeal to the consumer of 2025 and beyond. This Garden Centre Retreat aims to set the scene and provide the guidelines to move forward. The Retreat will be held in Singapore and limited to 20 garden centre owners and managers.
