The IGC Conference & Trade Show will be held at The Kirribilli Club, Lavender Bay, NSW. We have structured the day to maximise face to face supplier time with the retailers for the trade show to be present throughout the day within the same room that our morning plenary sessions will occur. Exhibitors are included the plenary sessions and may not man their stands until the commencement of the trade show which will run from approximately 1:30pm until 5:30pm with networking to continue in the trade space where delegates and exhibitors will enjoy drinks and canapés in the evening. Additional delegates are welcome at the ticket price of $299.00 inc GST (early bird ticket price until 31 May) and $399.00 inc GST for late registrations.

Bump in will take place on Wednesday 10 July from 1pm until 5:30pm. Bump out will occur after the conference closes on 11 July, and the delivery dock will be available to store your gear for pick up on Friday 12 July from 8am and until 10am.

We encourage you to display your pull up banners and any other paraphernalia that promotes your business. Conference-only offers and incentives for the delegates are also encouraged.

Lucky Door Prizes: We will be running lucky door prizes for the delegates during the trade show. If you would like to participate, please advise on the registration form.

Your company logo will be included on all marketing of the event, and your company will be acknowledged as an exhibitor during the conference. Please attach a high-resolution file of your logo to your registration form.

On-site parking: $25.00 (plus GST) per car per day if pre-booked. Please indicate below if you will require parking, so this charge can be included on your invoice. If not pre-booked the cost is $49.00 per car per day. There is no parking charge on bump in day.

The height of the car park is 1.9m.

Entry to the car park is via 11 Harbourview Cres, Lavender Bay NSW 2060. There is very limited on-street parking plus emergency door access to the trade show space.


Accommodation in North Sydney is plentiful; however, the following hotels are approximately 10-15 minute walk from the conference venue.

Parking cost is only applicable for 10 July (the day of the conference). There is no parking charge for bump in (10 July) or late pick of gear from the loading dock (early on 11 July).

All electrical equipment that is plugged in to the venue's power points must have a a current inspection tag from a qualified person attached. The venue reserves the right to prevent non-tagged equipment from being used.
